TRANSPORT SAFETY, CONSEQUENCES

When booking a transport service, it’s important to accurately declare all items you

intend to bring, including excess or bulky luggage, weapons, and animals. The transport service provider (TSP) has the right to refuse carriage of items not previously agreed upon, except where local laws mandate their accommodation. Should the TSP agree to transport additional items not listed in the original booking, be prepared for potential surcharges, which could increase the overall cost of the service as outlined in the booking confirmation.

Company will not be held liable for any delays that are a direct result of: Bad Road Conditions, Inclement Weather, Accidents, Breakdowns, and other conditions that are beyond the control.

All Company specialty vehicles are thoroughly inspected before the trip. If for some reason beyond the control of Company, a mechanical failure makes it necessary for the replacement of the vehicle originally assigned for the service, the replacement vehicle may be of a different type or style depending on availability and Company will not be held liable in any case for consequential damages or delays that are a direct result of mechanical failure or delay. We are not liable for refunds for mechanical failures that are beyond our control.

Company drivers/subcontractors have a right to refuse transportation of any person or people under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs, or whose conduct is such that would make he/she objectionable to the other passengers or the safe operation of the vehicle.

LUGGAGE, ANIMALS

Any reservation cancelled in less time than described, will result in a full charge. All cancellations must be made over the phone and not via email.

No-show

A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.
